Nadine combines a strong business background with many years of leadership experience at Bain & Company, Tchibo and Otto Group. She built and scaled Shape Republic, a 7NXT portfolio company, and served as COO of an AI Fashion Tech start-up — giving her first-hand insight into what it takes to grow and lead high-performance teams in fast-moving tech environments.

She is also the founder of New Work Talent GmbH, the company behind Mom Hunting, an HR-tech platform dedicated to helping women reconcile career and motherhood.

As a Business Coach and trained Human Design Practitioner, Nadine brings both strategic depth and a people-first approach to every search.

She stays closely connected with clients and candidates throughout the placement process.

Our approach to candidate search is based on personal access. To achieve this, we draw on a network of Industry Partners. They bring many years of leadership experience in their respective industries and have built established professional networks.

To avoid conflicts of interest, our Industry Partners have no insight into negotiations between clients and candidates, or into the information exchanged. They are bound by strict confidentiality agreements governed by German law.

Roman has more than 30 years of experience in the telecoms, AV and UC industries. He has profound market knowledge and an established network.

He founded and sold two successful businesses: the UC division of eLink Distribution AG and Synergize Solutions. He is a member of the Management Board of eLink Distribution AG, with a focus on telecoms device trading.

To ensure the high quality of our candidates, he obtains substantiated references through contacts whose judgement he trusts. He puts his reputation behind the quality of our AV and UC candidates.
